Our pricing structure is simple and transparent: No monthly subscription fees! You only pay when you get an order:

• Cash on Delivery: 5 DHS per order (flat fee)
• Card Payments: 3.9% per transaction

Yes! When you list a product, you can offer:

• Card payments only - Customers pay instantly online
• Cash on delivery only - Customers pay when they receive the item
• Both options - Let customers choose their preferred payment method

This flexibility means you capture more customers regardless of their payment preferences!

• You set your own shipping rates
• You must process and ship orders within 48 hours of payment confirmation
• For cash on delivery orders, ship within 48 hours of order placement
• You're required to provide tracking information when available
• You must package items securely to prevent damage during transit
• You're responsible for handling shipping-related customer inquiries
• You must clearly display shipping costs and delivery estimates on your products
• We highly recommend offering free shipping. It's a great way to boost sales and customer satisfaction!

Remember: Quick shipping and good packaging lead to happy customers and fewer issues!

You can sign up and create your Madjar shop in minutes. Whether you choose cash on delivery only or add card payments too, we will approve your account within 48 hours. If you choose cash on delivery only, you will only need to provide your National ID (CIN) and you are good to go. If you choose card payments, you will need auto-entrepreneur or company documentation.

Cash on delivery payment is appealing to more customers but it does have higher cancellation rates (returns at the door or refusal of delivery). In our pricing for cash on delivery orders, we took the higher cancellation rates into consideration and you are only charged the reduced and flat fee of 5 DHS per order. Therefore, we do not refund the fee for cancelled orders as those are already built into the reduced fee. We also highly recommend offering card payments to your customers to minimise cancellations.

We encourage direct communication between buyers and sellers to resolve issues. Sellers must respond to buyer inquiries within 1 business day. For unresolved disputes, our platform provides support, though we act only as an intermediary. All disputes are ultimately governed by Moroccan law and fall under the jurisdiction of the Casablanca courts if they cannot be resolved amicably.

• For cash on delivery only: Just your National ID (CIN)
• For card payments (or both):
• Auto-entrepreneur or company valid Tax ID (Identifiant Fiscal) and registration number (ICE)
• Company or auto-entrepreneur address
• Managing director's or auto-entrepreneur's ID (CIN)

These documents help ensure compliance with local regulations and maintain trust in our marketplace.

You can accept card payments from international customers. Cash on delivery is only available within Morocco. You will need to ensure you can arrange international shipping successfully and all prices will still have to be displayed in Moroccan Dirhams (DHS) only. All operations fall under Moroccan law and regulations.

Pretty much unless it's illegal under Moroccan law or falls under special regulations. For clarity:

• Products must comply with all Moroccan laws and regulations
• Items must not infringe on intellectual property rights
• Products must be accurately described and as advertised
• Prohibited items include:
  • Counterfeit or replica items
  • Illegal goods
  • Hazardous materials
  • Items that violate third-party rights
  • Restricted or specially regulated goods, including:
    • Alcohol and tobacco products (including e-cigarettes and vapes)
    • Prescription drugs and medical devices
    • Firearms including hunting firearms
    • Adult items and pornographic content
    • Digital game keys, coupons, and activation codes
    • Modified or refurbished products without proper disclosure
    • Blacklisted or stolen devices (including phones with blocked IMEI)
    • Products requiring age ratings without proper labeling
    • Content subject to censorship or regional restrictions
    • Items promoting money lending, money laundering, get-rich-quick schemes, or gambling
    • Unsafe items or products that don't meet safety standards

You can update your account information at any time by clicking "edit profile" on your profile page. Any significant changes to your business details should be communicated to us immediately to ensure compliance with our terms. You can cancel your seller account at any time, though this won't affect existing obligations.

Our online payment are processed through the most trusted partners: We process card payments through the Centre Monetique Interbancaire (CMI), Morocco's official payments acquirer founded in 2004 by Morocco's top 9 banks (including Attijariwafa Bank, BCP, BMCI, CIH, CDM, SGMB, Crédit Agricole, Arab Bank, and Bank of Africa). International payments are processed through our international patners using Stripe, the leading global payments processor.
